From the left: sugar snap peas blanched in salt water; pickled red onions; grilled bell peppers (used a grill pan); romaine tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper; 7 minute eggs, peas blanched in salt water, olive tapenade from a jar, blistered cherry tomatoes, and grilled shishito peppers.
I used up almost all the vegetables in my fridge and it was totally worth it.
