i had an impromptu dinner at abc kitchen with a dear friend last week.  we didn’t have reservations – just walked in early on a monday and ended up snagging the table of a couple that had cancelled their reservation.

abc kitchen has been on my list for a very, very long time, but i was never able to get a decent reservation time/day.  i was so happy to finally try it – and it was worth the wait.

housemade ricotta with rhubarb topping, and grilled breadpasta with parmesan, pistachio pesto, and swiss chard mushroom pizza with fresh egg salted caramel ice cream with caramel corn
