probably my favorite food experience in paris.
we went for breakfast, and i had to get the famous hot chocolate. it is basically liquid chocolate, which you then stir whipped cream into.
the cream actually makes it easier to drink because it is so thick.
stirring in the cream…
oh and they have other treats too.
#sugarcomaforever but totally worth it.
Looooove Angelina!
Me too! I need to find a way to recreate the hot chocolate.
Today is your lucky day! This recipe from Michael Turbak’s “Hot Chocolate” book is the closest. Here it goes: Combine 3/4 cup whole milk, 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1 t. confectioners’ sugar and heat over med-high till bubbles appear around edges. Remove from heat and add 4 oz Omanhene bittersweet chocolate (72%) that’s been chopped. Stir till melted (you may need to return it to low heat). Serve with whipped cream. Enjoy and let me knoe what you think!
Thank you SO much! I will definitely let you know what I think!
