The Nomad has one of the prettiest outdoor dining set ups I have seen. Yes it was cold, but still a wonderful way to catch up with a good friend! Also the fried brussel sprouts were delicious.

Since I haven’t worn heeled pumps in a year now, my feet refuse to tolerate anything but flat sandals or boots with a two inch heels or less. My trusty Isabel Marant Dicker boots were worn to the ground after 5 years of constant use, so I was thrilled to find these moto boots at 70% off. They are just as comfortable as they look, and should last at least another 5 years.

We usually splurge on Gramercy Tavern every year for our anniversary, but it was of course closed to indoor dining this year. So, we got it to go and had a wonderful meal at home. I still dream about that ice cream.

Even though I wear about 10% of my clothes these days, I still enjoy the seasonal closet switch and clear out. This ritual makes me feel like one day, things will get back to a new normal. Here is what the closet looks like these days. The knits (sweaters, sweater dresses, and sweater skirts) are in heavy rotation.
